This was my first time in this location, the place is good nice place to have fun with kids or even older kids. The server was good but she made a mistake she place the wrong order forx baby I order chicken strips , instead she got me a chicken burger . They did correct it, but it took very long for them to bring the correct order.
Overview
Walking into Dave & Buster's Pelham Manor feels like stepping into a place where dinner plans and game night finally agree with each other. Located at 881 Pelham Pkwy, Pelham Manor, NY 10803, United States, this spot has become my go-to when friends canβt decide between grabbing a bite or doing something fun. Instead of choosing, we end up doing both, and honestly, thatβs the charm that keeps pulling us back.
Iβve visited Dave & Buster's Pelham Manor several times over the past year, usually on busy weekends. One thing Iβve noticed consistently is how smoothly the place operates despite the crowd. Orders come out hot, games are well-maintained, and staff members move with purpose. According to data shared by the National Restaurant Association, restaurants that combine entertainment with dining often see higher guest satisfaction because customers stay longer and feel theyβre getting more value. That tracks perfectly with my experience here, where a quick dinner can easily turn into a three-hour hangout.
The menu goes well beyond typical bar food. On my last visit, I ordered the burgers and shared a plate of loaded fries with the table, and everything tasted fresh instead of frozen, which is not always a given in large entertainment venues. Friends have sworn by the wings and flatbreads, and one coworker even treats this place as his casual lunch stop because the lunch combos are filling without being overpriced. The drink menu deserves its own shout-out, especially during happy hour when cocktails and drafts make the bar area feel like a neighborhood lounge rather than a massive arcade.
What really separates this location from smaller diners or sports bars is the game floor. The process is simple: load a power card, swipe, play, and rack up tickets. I once brought my niece here for her birthday, and watching her win tickets and pick out prizes felt like a modern version of an old-school arcade, just bigger and brighter. Research from the Entertainment Software Association has shown that interactive games can improve mood and social bonding, and you can see that play out in real time when groups cheer each other on at racing or basketball games.
Reviews from locals often mention cleanliness and safety, which matters more than ever. Iβve personally seen staff regularly wiping down machines and tables, even during peak hours. That attention to detail builds trust, especially for families deciding where to eat and unwind. Of course, itβs not perfect every single time. On especially busy nights, wait times for food can stretch longer than expected, but thatβs the tradeoff when a popular location is packed wall to wall.
Another thing worth noting is accessibility. Parking is straightforward, and the layout makes it easy to move from dining areas to games without feeling cramped. Compared to other locations Iβve visited in the chain, this one feels balanced, not too loud in the dining space and not too quiet near the arcade. That balance is likely why so many reviews mention it as a reliable choice for birthdays, work outings, and casual date nights.
From personal experience and countless conversations overheard at nearby tables, itβs clear this place fills a specific niche. Itβs not trying to be a fine dining restaurant or a quiet cafΓ©. Instead, it delivers a consistent mix of food, drinks, and entertainment that keeps people coming back, even when expectations are high.

Cool spot to play arcade games and staff was nice. My only issue was that it was pretty hot in there. Not much AC all around since I got sweaty pretty quickly without even playing DDR. Some games stole my credit, which was pretty annoying. About 2-3 games stole my credit and I had to press my card more than once so beware about some games doing that and let the staff help you.
Held a kids birthday party here on Sunday afternoon this weekend. The location itself is beautiful, clean and modern. The food was great. The party room was perfect. The manager was amazing. I would give 10/10 rating the only small hiccup was maybe that we felt a bit βon our ownβ once we received the playing cards and had to my finding our server or the manager with questions but once we did find them everything was answered for us and we were served. Honestly wasnβt even an issue Iβm sure they wanted to just let us do our thing and feel comfortable in the party room. Great job D&B Pelham Manor. Upper management should be proud.
-excellent entertainment for kids and adults are like as there is a large variety of video games as well as mechanical action games (i really enjoyed top gun maverick game as you can see with it's large 4 screens and two player action) -the food that was served here was generic fried food such as fried chicken french fries pizza bread and crusted hotdog and a basic pretzel -i do wish that they had arcade games spanning different generations, from streetfighter 2, mortal kombat, double dragon, outrun, hang-on, gauntlet, after burner, r-type, ghosts 'n goblins, arkanoid, rastan, shinobi, rygar, marvel vs. capcom 2 (a perennial arcade favorite even 25 years later!), NBA jam, NFL blitz, bottom of the 9th, r.b.i baseball, a neo geo cabinet with games such as metal slug, fatal fury, king of the monsters, ghost pilots, and so on but most of it was recent commercial stuff, not something that was super popular in its heyday, because older adults would've really enjoyed and appreciated that. i went into detail on this point because this place is centered around video games and then the sports bar second because it's mostly for kids, i would say, as you can watch sports at any bar, but you cannot enjoy such a huge amount of arcade video games at any location anymore in this country other than a place like Dave & Buster's which is very rare to come by. ideally, they would have a small cordoned-off section on the main floor for these arcade hits of their time, and that would easily invite adults of the past generations to come and visit. -did i mention how much I lovedthe top gun maverick arcade game at this location? ;)
This place was pretty cool. I went here on a date and had a pretty good time. There were like two games that kind of took our coins but the rest of them were great. Stayed for like two hours and got the $65 dollar card for 2 people. The drinks were ok but way too much ice and the cranberry had an almost box flavor meaning tasted like it came from a box lol. I only had one drink. Good vibes though. Parking was great.
The food was awesome . Danielle the sever was nice and great . Never been here before is on a mini trip . My son loved the human crane and loved the games . Me and my husband and son had a great time .
